Ready to Detox? Here's How to Start
A great way to cleanse your belly button at home is to put equal amounts of warm apple cider vinegar with Himalayan or sea salt (1 tablespoon each or 1 teaspoon each), place it into a syringe and squeeze it into your belly button hole. Let it stay in there through the duration of your shower and once you are finished then clean out your belly button. Repeat the process even after your shower.
Another great way to stimulate your colon is to squat over your toilet seat. You would want to place one leg on the ground and bring the other leg up where your knee is close to your chest (if you want to do one leg at a time). The pressure of the squat will allow your colon to contrast and start moving things along. This may require an additional chair to be placed in front of your toilet. Please make sure you are being safe and handling each step with care. If you are not comfortable to squat on another chair over your toilet please refrain from doing so.
